Pricing questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. There is no base subscription and no setup fee. You only pay for the services you enable and the storage you provision, from day one.
Can I run more than one site?
Yes, add as many sites as you need. Your sensors just point at the same service endpoints, and storage is billed on the disk size you provision, not what you actually use.
Can I pause a service I’m not using right now?
Yes. Every service (Mosquitto, ChirpStack, TimescaleDB, Grafana, Node-RED, Loki, ThingsBoard) can be paused independently. A paused service doesn’t stop billing entirely, it drops to a flat $0.01 AUD/hour holding rate, which keeps its resources reserved so it can start back up quickly rather than being rebuilt from scratch.
What happens if I need more storage than expected?
Resize anytime, no approval process, no downtime. You’re billed at the per-GiB-hour rate for the disk size you’ve provisioned, so a resize takes effect on your bill from that point on. Storage can be increased anytime but not shrunk, since it’s a real underlying disk.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything for free, in open formats (CSV, JSON), at any time. We never delete your data without your explicit written instruction.
How am I billed?
Every service is billed at one flat rate, $0.05 AUD per replica per hour, metered hourly based on what you actually enable. No need to estimate usage upfront.
Is there a trial or pilot?
Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot, no credit card required. Get in touch via the contact page: we set it up manually and walk you through it.
What sensors do you already support?
Any sensor that speaks LoRaWAN, MQTT, or HTTP works with our stack directly, no custom connector required. For anything else, like a vendor-specific cloud API, contact us and we'll assess it.
Can we use our own company login credentials?
Yes, if you're on an Enterprise plan. Every service supports single sign-on with Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, or any SAML 2.0/OpenID Connect provider. Sign in once with your company email to reach every service you’ve enabled.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is applied to Australian accounts. We can provide a formal AUD quote on request.
